STORY

It was an undeniable passion for family, community and authentic Old World cuisine that brought Annabella’s chef and owner Robert Angelaccio to where he is today. Born and raised in Bristol Borough, Robert’s earliest experiences with the rich, rustic flavors of Italy were in his childhood home. Those classic dishes — lovingly prepared by his mother — inspired him to strike out on a culinary adventure as a young man. After moving to Steamboat Springs, Colo. and successfully operating an Italian restaurant for 25 years, he returned home and opened Annabella’s in 2003. Named after his beloved mother, Annabella’s is a space infused with all the warmth of home, serving delectable entrées that evoke the essence of Italy. Robert, his wife Alison and our friendly staff hope to provide you with a meal that is as memorable as it is delicious.

Always learning, experimenting and innovating, Chef Robert takes his mother’s traditional recipes and adapts them to create a one-of-kind dining experience. He aims to accommodate every palate and prepares dishes to order. Don’t see what you want on the menu? No worries. If he has the necessary ingredients, Robert will gladly create an entrée to satisfy your craving.

Begin your meal with antipasti or dive right into your main course, but save room for a delectable homemade dessert — the perfect, sweet conclusion to a great evening.
